Gotou Michiyo

A heavyweight drinker known throughout the local area.

Her perfectly round bun hairstyle and the little hair sticking out balance “wifely” charm with cuteness — truly justice.

A truly entertaining woman who leaves behind a legend with her many eccentric antics.

She stuffs nutrition into every hole her daughter has.

The mother of two who supports the eccentric Gotou family.

First appearance: Volume 1 of the original manga.

A natural-born beauty mom who’s gentle, soothing, and deeply cares about her daughter. In the anime, she wears the mask of a “typical mother,” but in the original manga, she’s actually one of the most unhinged characters — rivaling even Hitori Gotou and Kikuri Hiroi.
