Notes on Yuffie's Arm Armor

I'm not sure if it's any more effective in terms of defensive ability than her old cloth armor, but it looks more persuasive. In any case, illustrator fans are dying.

Isn't it too complicated!?

I'm not sure what her arm armor's materials are, but if it's imitating Japanese armor, then it's probably leather, maybe with some metal parts.

The forearm part has 6 parts

The upper arm has 4 parts

What are these? Elbow guards? ↙↘

↖ The shoulder armor looks like it's pretty sturdy steel, and about four layers thick

↖ In the gaps you can see what looks like a scale-mail like steel plate inner armor. Or is it leather? The upper arm looks quite defensive.

This mysterious bit that sticks out has been here since the original design. Wouldn't it hurt if you back-handed something...? ↓

↑ There is a cushioned layer of leather doubled over and folded back on itself with what seems like padding inside. Just this part seems like it would make it more defensive than the original equipment.

The lack of polygon clipping issues in the shoulder armor and so on is impressive.
