chest_harness
Other names: ハーネス, 上身安全带
A harness worn specifically on the chest, either the pectorals or breasts.
Do not confuse with bondage outfit, which is for the whole body. If the belt is directly underneath the breasts/pectorals and touching them, consider adding underbust.
