...I can scarcely believe that you're Katori and her sister's superior officer.

So it's for reals that you know him?

Yeah... he's the one that made me the Admiral here.

If at all possible I would love to keep having you on as the Admiral here, commander...

The battle results that this base have given us have been most impressive.

V-Vice-admiral...! Why are you here...?

So I just popped on over to lend you a little helping hand.

...do you wish to say anything on the matter at hand at this juncture?

I was just thinking that it might be a little too much to ask of you to audit this entire base just by yourselves.

Pl...please excuse my outburst, sir.

Yes... Indeed I did... However, that was back before the major strategic importance of the shipgirls was realised, no...?

It was barely after the provisional establishment of this so-called "Guardian Office", was it not.

Seeing a good prospect in the abilities of you, a young, politically gifted elite, I requested for you to be made Admiral.

Vice-admiral, sir, could you tell me who that Kirishima is behind you...?

Luxury and gambling items that are prohibited for shipgirls to possess. Possession of obscene printed matter.

Watching from a distance, I observed the foreign ships doing whatever they pleased directly in front of Kashima.

Giving a wild animal free rein; Escaping from detention in the guardhouse; Drunk and disorderly whilst being completely naked in public.

Runaway weaponry; Indecent assault; Radicalism; Fraudulent behaviour; Failed brainwashing...

Destruction of houses by tanks and similar... And we have also uncovered evidence indicating that all of these acts were also being covered up.

And upon questioning a number of shipgirls, we discovered a history of rampant religious activities and unauthorised absences.

"Make a costly sacrifice in the course of justice"... No matter how exceptional you are at countering the Abyssal Fleet...

whom to take to task for this flagrant violation of naval regulations must be pursued.

.... Ah, no...

He...!

So I, Hiei! With all she had! Showed him around!

He said that he wanted to take a look around inside the base,

Commander! One of your acquaintances has come! And it's a VIP!

Preliminary implementation... Kirishima Kai-2 Hei, Special Police Specification.

For the time being... let's call her Kuro Kirishima, shall we? kuro = black

She's a newcomer to escort duty.

Has Hiei really gone and done it now...?
