The yard's tree house is the CIA's naval base branch office. A secret base in the top of a tree… what a thing to yearn for! Because they've gathered a lot of devices for intelligence, it seems they use quite a lot of electricity. The room where Iowa and Gambier Bay listened in on the Soviet ships is this one. However they got wiretapped by Gangut's device, and the direct line's number got leaked, so it seems their counterintelligence is not so great… Tentatively (←important), they have a cooperative alliance with MI6, so Warspite comes and goes a lot as well. By using the collapsible ladder, they go to and come from the English ships' area on the second floor balcony directly. The CIA is offering Free Wi-Fi, but if you connect then your data will be monitored so caution is necessary.

The CIA, to outward appearances, employs Iowa as director for the American ships' game club, but their real goal is to gather intelligence and in turn monitor the Imperial General Headquarters! But they also get everyone together to play games normally as well.

Unexpectedly comes complete with an aircon. The devices produce a ton of heat, so it's pretty much always running at full bore.
