Mokou, Mokou, how many girlfriends do you have?
This is a meme regarding a series of memetic spamposting mocking the hypocritical and arrogant behavior of Chinese actor Zhang Jinlai. Check translation note in previous post for a detailed story.
This line here is a reference to one of the Sixology quotes. Zhang loved to use this particular backstage story as an example to show how A Chinese Odyssey "corrupted" young children's mind with the "wrongful portrayal" of pairing Sun Wukong and White Bone Spirit.
...and then a young kid came into the backstage and asked me: "Mr. Sun Wukong, how many demon girlfriends did you make during your journey to the west?"
Zhang has been talking about this story for many years. It had occurred to many netizens that either a young kid with this particular question is dwelling in every single backstage Zhang attends, or Zhang just made this shit up and gives it a little revision every single time.
