Hello, excuse me, Aoba here! This time, I made "Beef Cutlet" and "Italy Croquette". Both dishes have been improved and, I dare boast, 100% popular with my crew!!

First is "Beef Cutlet"!! At first glance, it may looks like regular Beef katsu, but instead of salt and pepper, the meat was soaked in ginger. It's this point that added to its deliciousness!!

Next is Italy Croquette!! It's named Italy Croquette because it came from Italia, of course. It's not the type mixed with mash potato, but with white sauce. I am proud of this dish!!

Serve them by sprinkle some basic oyster sauce on them!!

I can't believe Aoba-san could make something with such an elegant taste!
