The "boobs!" gag isn't quite supposed to be this blatant; the original Japanese commentary leverages more ambiguity, which unfortunately gets lost in translation. There are actually two possible meanings for the verb "「うずめる」":http://tangorin.com/general/%E3%81%86%E3%81%9A%E3%82%81%E3%82%8B . On top of that, since Japanese is a high context language, it is perfectly grammatically correct for the sentence to omit subject and object; it literally reads, "want to [verb]".
