teapot
Other names: ティーポット, 急須, 茶壶
A container with a lid, spout, and handle, in which hot water is poured to steep tea leaves and from which the tea is then poured from. Often part of a tea set.
Similar to but distinct from a coffee pot. Teapots are generally shorter and rounder than coffee pots.
