Ding dong. Ding dong. Ding dong.
There it is again. The intercom is ringing.
It’s probably just door‑to‑door sales or some religious solicitation.
As usual, I checked who it was on the intercom monitor, and there was a woman with long hair, probably in her 40s, moving her mouth and muttering something on the screen.
At this point, the sound was off, so I couldn't hear what she was saying.
I was so curious that I tried to go out, but my roommate stopped me.
When I asked why, my roommate said,
"Don't you remember? That woman came before. We had this conversation then too...."
The woman was no longer on the monitor.
What was that all about...?It was so unsettling that I'm writing this story.
No good, my head hurts like hell. I feel like I'm going to throw up. I can't move. I don't want to die alone. It was so unsettling that I'm writing this story.
