Hello everyone, nice to meet you. I'm Shiraz Nerowar, a satyr as you can see. You can call me Professor Shira. I teach "Demon World Liquor Studies" and "Brewing Practice for Butlers" at the Belis Butler School. As a servant of Bacchus, it is my mission to convey the mystery and joy of alcohol to you all. I may look a little tomboyish, but I'm confident that when faced with fine alcohol, I can be kinder than anyone else. Come on, let's take a look into the depths of alcohol together ♥

A note from the principle

Shira-sensei is the girl who provided the alcohol when I held a vampire girls' get-together. Everyone is tight-lipped unless they're drunk, so demon world wine is essential for vampires to talk about love. By the way, Shira-sensei is a spoiled drinker ♡

In my classes, we'll cover everything from demonic wine made from intoxicating fruits, to honeybee mead, to demonic spirits. We'll cover the basics of tasting, the preferences of each species, and even how to take care of a drunk master... Hehe, the last one is especially important ♥ If you're interested, you can try brewing your own beer using the facilities on campus. I'll supervise you, and I'm sure you'll create something amazing. Please try making a drink that will impress even Lord Bacchus. Of course, I'll join you in the tasting.
