Food~~~Yukari originally lived alone, spending her time in comfort within a spacious mansion. However, since she found its actual maintenance to be troublesome, that mansion gradually fell into neglect. Around that time, she happened to come across and made a powerful beast yōkai—the nine-tailed fox—into her shikigami. Yukari then planned to entrust all household affairs to this very shikigami.
Yukari decided to live together with Ran and designed a residence of such a size that even Ran alone could just barely manage. This is the present Yakumo residence.
