Since mom was coming back and it would be terrible if she saw his gender-bent self, Mahiro took Mihari's drug to turn back into a man for a few days. This is a what-if story for chapter 85 of "Onii-chan wa Oshimai!". The result is a perfect Onii-chan, combining Mahiro♀'s recovered heart and Mahiro♂'s original body. In a sense, this is a partial result of the Onii-chan Rehabilitation Project... maybe. Incidentally, he feels out of place in his original male body... Is he going to be okay...?

Wow... Haven't seen this drug in a while...

Don't worry, Onii-chan...

If you drink this, you'll turn back into a guy for a short time♡

Little sister offers him a shady drug under some pretext or another.

Didn't think I'll end up turning back...

But if I can turn back into a girl at any time... No... I should turn back... I have to... Right? But even if I don't...

...Wait, what am I even talking about!?

The guy who wanted to return to his old self is not there anymore...

※This is imaginary. Actual transformation is different.

TS Power! Make-up!

I'm back...

It's Onii-chan~

He has returned! My personal Onii-chan is back!

Onii-chan Onii-chan Onii-chan Onii-chan Onii-chan Onii-chan Onii-chan Onii-chan Onii-chan Onii-chan Onii-chan Onii-chan Onii-chan

Is this how palpation is done...?

Hey, Mihari.

Mihari...?

Fuuh... Fuuh...♡

Must confirm by touch if he's properly turned back.

Meeting Mahiro-kun as a girl...

I was looking forward to it...

Hey! That's not what you said, Mihari!

Like in the original story, mom already knew everything.

This is Mahiro-chan's brother...

The one who loves those dirty books...

A look of disdain from his best friend.

Miharii~... Turn me back already...
