I would like to request an illustration of my sea angel OC!

Reference: https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1-sqeiIqLEnEcB42Wn4MPrIJlCcNQnxQI?usp=sharing
Character Personality: Bubbly, Cute and Airheaded

Illustration details: Please feel free to draw her in any outfit or scenario that you want

If you would like suggestions, any cute pose underwater or her eating any desserts (mochi/ice cream...etc) with an excited and happy expression will be nice!
