I was washing Skadi's hair last night. It was a total pain in the ass because of how much hair there was...Blow-drying it was a monumental task to say the least, and when I asked if she wanted a shorter cut, she said she's too lazy to maintain it in the long run... Well, there's no point in telling you that. But, if there's one good thing to be taken from this, then I guess I'm just glad to see her this happy after my long absence.Oh, come on, Gladiia. The two of us have been apart for so long, you know damn well I cannot give her anything and I feel guilty about her among other things, too.....I, I'll do my best to pay you back.Hey, brother, think you can introduce me to a job around here?Whu-?....Hm? Did you not rest well last night? Your hands are shaking.Well, personally, I think the reason why she's happy is because she can finally get to act all spoiled toward her captain.Haah, you really do make me curious from time to time, Ulpanius, such as now. Are you really stupid or is simply feigning ignorance?Well, since you don't think that you have anything to give, how about you start by paying me back for all the expenses incurred by Skadi over the year? That includes clothing, lodging, maintenance, travel, weapon repair, and at least one medical check-up a month, which I must say, is quite expensive...
