Peach, I heard that you're aspiring to be an overseas volunteer?

...are you going to be alright?

I'll be just fine

Cranberry will be with me after all~

Would you please not lump us together all on your own?

I need someone to wake me up in the morning and put me to sleep at night~

Why would you need a volunteer for a volunteer!!

I'll do your makeup in return~

I can do my own!

They're just like cats and dogs as usual desu wa~

Really? Aren't they buddies?

They're buddies for sure

Cat and Dog Buddies

The term used is literally "dogs and monkeys", which is how the Japanese express the same meaning of "cats and dogs".
