That was my dream. It was my everything—what I'd promised to my moms.

Still, dreams are funny things, aren't they? I wanted to grab hold of mine, but like mist on a cold morning, no matter how hard I tried, I couldn't. All I could do was try my hardest—to keep on reaching for something that couldn't be reached.

But it was worth it.

All of my experiences—everyone I've met along the way—helped make my dreams come alive! I've had nail-biting races against my rivals, and I overcame hurdles inside of me that I thought I couldn't. There's been tough times, even sad times. But there's also been fun times and happy times. Everything I've been through has helped shape my dream!
