It's really rare to see a night sparrow here at this time, but...

... is she dead?

How are you feeling?

How are you feeling?

Well, eat as much as you can. So your wound can heal quickly.

Okay, open your mouth.

Under the girl's care, Mystia's wound healed in no time at all.

Lemme see, try to say something.

Hey Alice.

Hey Alice.

Reimu...

In a certain time, in a certain place, lit. "This is a story about a certain time and country."

In a certain time, in a certain place, lit. "This is a story about a certain time and country."

Don't worry. There's no need to be afraid.

I brought you a meal.

*sniff*

*sniff*

*drool*

However, the night sparrow never spoke for some reason.

Hmm...

Hmm...

And you don't have any cavities...

And you don't have any cavities...

I can't find any particular problems with you...

Now, say "ahhhh."

Now, say "ahhhh."

The night sparrow would only shake her head in sorrow.

Eventually, the night sparrow's wound healed completely.

Looks like you're okay now.

I'll take you back to the forest you came from tomorrow.

What's the matter? You can return to where you lived.

What's the matter? You can return to where you lived.

Wah.

Wah.

And so, the two started living together.

And so, the two started living together.

Matching the night sparrow, eventually the girl also stop talking.

Even without words, the two were happy.

At that time, an incident began within the kingdom.

The commotion did not reach the vast Forest of Magic.

It happened one day.

It's been a while, Reimu.

It's been a while, Reimu.

You changed your hairstyle, so I couldn't recognize you at first.

I'm sorry. Would you talk louder?

I'm here today for only one reason. To be honest, my ears were hit by danmaku.

I'm here today for only one reason. To be honest, my ears were hit by danmaku.

And then I heard that there is a night sparrow at your place. I heard that night sparrow flesh can heal all wounds. Give me a piece.

And then I heard that there is a night sparrow at your place. I heard that night sparrow flesh can heal all wounds. Give me a piece.

What?

No, Reimu. I can't do that.

No, Reimu. I can't do that.

What did you just say? Are you refusing a main character?

What did you just say? Are you refusing a main character?

I'm going to eat night sparrow flesh no matter what you say.

No, Reimu, no!

I'll give you my ears instead.

I'll give you my ears instead.

Please, Reimu!

After saying that, the girl handed her own ears to the shrine maiden.
