Wishing upon a star?

I've heard that if you can say your wish three times before a shooting star disappears, it will come true.

But every time, they disappear before I can say my wish three times.

I was wondering if you knew of a better way...

Hrm...

I'm well aware, it's only a superstition.

However...

Nepheli, I know a good spot for it.
