ブローム・ウント・フォス社の試作高高度戦闘機。メッサーシュミット社において艦上戦闘機Me155として開発開始、紆余曲折を経て高高度戦闘機に転用、その後B&V社に引き継がれ、全面的に設計が改められたB型3機が制作されました。さらにC型への改設計も決定していましたが、すでに終戦。唯一飛行し、各種試験中だったB型V1号は、英国への移送飛行中に機体トラブルで喪失、その実力は不明なままで終わりました。

A prototype high-altitude fighter aircraft by Blohm & Voss company. Initially developed as the carrier-based fighter Me 155 by the Messerschmitt corporation, afetr going through many complications, was eventually repurposed as a high-altitude fighter. Later, it was taken over by B&V company, and three Type B aircraft were produced after undergoing extensive design revisions.
Furthermore, plans for a redesign to Type C were in progress, but the war ended. The sole flying prototype, Type B V1, which was undergoing various tests, was lost due to airframe trouble during its transfer flight to the UK. Its true potential remains unknown as it met its end.
