Day 5 Cumulative 8042 RT ◆Reparations of Coffee also Mippai

Oh my my... What an awful mess. It certainly surprised me

Landlady!

I sincerely apologize for causing trouble!

Oh, no. Everyone makes mistakes so that's no problem!

I'm just glad that Miku-chan is okay.

However...

BOING

Modest god!

Mippai!

crackle

crackle...

The kitchen got burned and the entire area is no longer usable so we'll have to get it replaced, won't we?

Yes, we do... I'm sorry...

And the wall and floor in the surrounding area have to be replaced too

I don't know if the fire insurance will cover it but... It might not be able to cover it all so for now I'll have to collect a deposit and hold on to it...

I might even have to charge you for the repair costs...

Speaking of which, you can't live in there with the fire extinguisher foam all over. What are you going to do?

It's also gonna take some time to renovate the place as well...

...Okay.

Please give me some time to think about departure...

My money...

※Strictly speaking, it's not a repair cost but a restore cost (Might depend on years of residency, but you never really pay the full costs, do you? It also depends on the kindness of the landlady. For details, please consult the restoration guidelines.)
