Dechi.

A new submarine fleet tactic?

The name is...

Submarine fleet attack!!

New Tactic Submarine Fleet Attack (provisional name)

You've all got your torpedoes, right!?

LET'S GET A MOVE ON!!

Upon the signal of a submarine tender, the 2nd and 3rd position submarines will cooperate to make a barrage of torpedoes, dechi.

As a submarine tender can then immediately replenish the torpedo stocks, it's a truly luxe technique, dechi.

The name's way too basic, yeah!
