Apparently, Ashigara-chan doesn't like it if she can't do the same thing as Nachi-chan.

Must be because she views Nachi-chan as a sister since they share the same age.

She would feel frustrated if there is something Nachi-chan (the daughter) can do but she can't, perhaps?

Isn't it because she just wants to play together?
