When a character from a work of fiction in a different setting (fantasy, science fiction, historic, etc.) wears modern clothing, typically in a modern environment.
Alternate costume may apply as well if the character changed their outfit.
If the character still wears their usual clothes in a modern environment, they're an anachronism.
