It's Natori Sana-chan. After not making the (Nijisanji) audition and becoming an individual VTuber, despite being independent she got 100,000 followers, and on the Notoku show achieved Number 1, she's an amazing person. Every time, every time she broadcasts she makes her final cut footage, and has a closeness with her sensei-tachi (listeners) that I think is so charming. The "Wakusei Loop" she sang for celebrating 100,000 subs was so emotional.
