Conference of Golden Arch Context: the word 门 usually means door, gate, controlled access entrance etc. But in this case, 门 is a common suffix for a gang, mafia or secret society (◯◯门) during the 19th century. A great example would be 洪门 Hong Men; the influence was so big in China during the Qing Dynasty you can think of it as Chinese Illuminati. So, the girls look more like a mob of gangsters because this is a meeting of the Golden Arch 'garbage business' Family at a restaurant owned by 'Golden Arch Inc.' PS:McDonald's(麦当劳) was renamed Golden Arch(金拱门) in China in 2017.
