Tights girl meets up with her beloved the morning of release day.

This girl's name is Yogiashi Touka. "Ashi" meaning "foot" in this instance, and "tou" (pronounced like "toe") for "nude toe", which refers to pantyhose that doesn't have any additional reinforcement in the toes.
She's a manga illustrator by trade, and she also writes doujinshi.
She has a tights fetish and loves wearing them even during summer.
