Anyways, I'll start from the point of correcting the big rough line drawing. The rough drawing is sharp pen and Photoshop CS. coloring and such are all left to photoshop.

Put rough color all over the entire thing.

Coat the important people with a thick layer. For the people and such, divide into layers

Combine the lower colored part with the people part of the line drawing in a way like copy-paste->new layer-> thick coloring. The base part you should leave in preparation, the background being drawn as well.

Combine them into one drawing. * Copy the base layer and such, and saturate the bottom layer, adjusting the color from the top by layering it to make it 50 percent. The coloring will change quite a lot. (fluid feeling is also easy to come out)

VII. make an overlay or a burn layer, and draw in shade. after, sharpen the image.

Prepare the color basically -> Repeat the drawing from the top. Also prepare to do the texture around here.

Continue by adjusting the brightness, on the shade some liveliness should be taken out.

If the color is adjusted, then everything should be unified and such, do a merge when the whole thing is firm, save it in web format.
