Huh? My favorite type of noodles?

Well, let's see. I really can't decide......

But, their flaw is—

They can't fill my stomach up at all......

After all, I'm thinking of "udon" "soba" "sōmen" and "hiyamugi" which stay in the hearts of Japanese people.

Appreciate the scent of wheat or soba's flour while enjoying the noodle's chewy texture. And also the satisfying when it gently goes down your throat.

These are truly the supreme type of noodles Japan has created.
