Since NTW-20 is a large-caliber anti-materiel rifle, my starting thought process was a strong, confident, smug doll. But later I thought that a silent and sturdy type is more suitable for a sniper. Not good with words, but still undeniably powerful, and doesn't use her skills when she should (nah). I didn't have any references for her clothes though, the original basis was a sailor uniform, and with the black-pink palette and the choice to not use a military uniform I wanted to express some liveliness, though if she gets a Mod 2 I might want to draw a military uniform then. I saw before that some people were wondering why I didn't draw an African gun as a black girl, and honestly, I do kind of regret not doing that since I only realized the charm of dark skin later on. I hesitated a bit with the gun size at first, because the original seemed so big it would pierce the screen... so I shrunk it down a little, making the doll's height 2 meters, or 1.65 meters?!!? The CV was a bit stiffer than I imagined, but still fits pretty well.
