Depending on regulations, usually worth double if you have all thirteen types in hand and waiting for the duplicate. Considered one of the (not super-rare) hands that need the most luck to get, as you need significant head start to consider attempting it.Ahh... Once again all I collected was crappy tiles...Even though I long to get a proper yaku one of these days...Hey! Someone, anybody, just stop her quickly!!It is impossible!

Shiisanputou.Having 13 unconnected (no pairs, and no numbers closer than 3 apart, e.g. 1 and 7 is fine, but 1 and 3 is not; can only be claimed on your first draw. Worth maximum points, plus one more for winning on the first draw.
