And happy holidays everyone! I'd like to take this moment to introduce an artist whose work I've admired for many years. "einlee":http://einlee.deviantart.com who created this and the Ruby Artwork you've seen thus far.

When I knew that RWBY was going to become a reality, I went over my the literally thousands upon thousands of images I've stored over the years by artists the world over. And one who stuck out to me most of so many artists I admire was her whom I discovered here on Deviantart.

The style and design of her characters as well as the emotion of her pieces is what drew me the most. Which is why I contacted her early on and discussed some of the aspects of RWBY with her.

She's helped me in designing the characters and has been pivotal in delivering the character art you've seen so far. And suffice it to say I'm more than happy with the results. Just wait til you see the (many) other characters!
