Story
A new act in the Utawarerumono epic, which unfolds in the same world as the first game. The story unfolds as the second part of a not two, but three-part workIn 2011 we announced this project as "Utawarerumono 2", but now we are finally announcing it under the name "Itsuwari no Kamen". Since "Utawarerumono" was originally planned to be a three part work, we thought it was unnatural to call it "Utawarerumono 2", and after discussion within the company we decided upon this name. The world in which it takes place is the same as "Chiriyuku Mono he no Komoriuta". What time period it takes place in would be a spoiler so I won't say what it is, but if you've played the first game, I'm sure you'll get it immediately. Of course, you can play this game without playing the original Utawarerumono without losing any of the enjoyment. For example, if you saw the film "Red Cliff", you could enjoy it fully, but if you had read the Romance of the Three Kingdoms, you might get even more enjoyment out of being able to see the larger picture.- Adventure + Simulation RPG
