Ryuko said she would sit with Satsuki until she went back to sleep. Even when Satsuki pretended to close her eyes, she couldn’t fool Ryuko. Despite valiantly trying to stay awake, Ryuko ended up passing out on Satsuki.

Satsuki has resigned herself (and her hair) to getting drooled on until the next morning. For sixteen years, she could only embrace herself after a nightmare…so it’s different…to be held by someone else for a change. Even if that person drools. (>p<)
