With 400-30-600-30, the construction timer would generally set to a little more than an hour. During this period, an admiral will mostly be blessed with CAs. Furthermore, this result will persist for quite a while.

And after a time, the timer will instead, drop to no more than 50 minute builds.

This, in reality, is a very crucial point.

By the way, during this period...

You would mostly craft CLs or DDs.

In that case, the only thing them is having their equipment stripped off them to be scrapped and the ships themselves would become modernization materials...

After 10 seconds passed, however, construction with this recipe will grant you over 4 hour builds, thus meaning BB builds jackpot time!

This lucky period lasts for about 20 seconds.

And in time, building again will have the timerl give you just shy of 4 hour builds, thus, a Fast BB jackpot Period!

This period lasts no longer than ten seconds, however, so take note!

From the above, I recommend BB builders the following pattern

After a while, the build timer won't change and it will keep producing CA and CL. If this happens, just give up, take a break from KanColle and after you feel a generous amount of time has passed since playtime, try again...

Once the timer drops below 1 hour, prepare to hunt!

Keep trying the recipe at certain intervals. The optimum waiting period would probably be... 30 seconds, perhaps?
