I couldn't make it for good thighhighs day on 1128, so I decided to make this a good skindentation day...
I heard these are actually called "thigh-length".
サイハイ derives from English "thigh-high" but means thigh-covering or crotch-high boots/stockings. Knee to mid-thigh length socks i.e. zettai ryouiki thighhighs are called ニーハイ.
