Today it's Kongou-chan, DESU! Although foot-to-ball is in the title, her foot's nowhere near the ball. Blame it on artistic license.

● I've prepared a self-published booklet, "Newly-Launched (Provisional) Kirigraph", collecting "newly-launched (provisional)" pictures. Preorders are being handled by Comic ZIN - http://shop.comiczin.jp/products/detail.php?product_id=26961

• "Newly-launched (provisional)": Kirisawa's own tag for illustrations of shipgirls in their younger days. See https://dic.pixiv.net/a/%E3%82%B7%E3%83%B3%E3%82%B9%E3%82%A4%E3%82%AB%E3%83%83%E3%82%B3%E3%82%AB%E3%83%AA
