I got a lot of background info suggestions from Listener-san. Thank you much! I highly recommend Honnori Grapefruit Soda Water. "Honnori" means "slight(ly)", but because it's initially in quotes, I'm almost certain it's meant as a brand name here, or possibly a double-meaning. It's used in the standard sense for her bust measurement. "Tachibana" is a type of inedible citrus.
