Elegant and haughty, Celia's confidence stems from her pride as an angelic magitech hailing from Valhalla. A career data hunter, Celia joins Tevi on her adventure and displays an impressive repository of knowledge, yet seems rather limited in her personal worldview. She is an avid follower of the Amary Faith, and works diligently for the benefit of her homeland. Her greatest wish is to earn recognition among her peers, and prove herself to the one she admires most.

Fun fact: She used to have a big ponytail. Also, she's frequently called a gyaru, but if you think she's gyaru, you ain't seen nothing yet!
