私は一気に剥がすのが怖いのでゆっくり派です。
でも怪我しないのが一番ですね！気をつけましょう

A band-aid tragedy. Gauze is the same.
It's scary taking it off in one go, so I prefer to do it slowly.
But not getting injured in the first place is the best option! Let's be careful.
