yokozuwari
Other names: 横座り, 侧身坐, 侧坐, sitting_sideways
A Japanese term for a feminine informal sitting posture, on the knees as in seiza but with the legs folded out to one side. If the legs are folded out to either side, it's wariza.
The traditional male informal sitting posture is agura (indian style).
