powering_up
Other names: チャージ, 集氣
When a character is readying an energy attack, casting a spell, or performing some other act that has a visual manifestation of their focusing energy, usually with the implication that this energy is going to be used offensively.
Not to be confused with power-up, or recharging, charging device.
