nun_headdress
A nun's headdress, the most recognizable part of their religious habit. The traditional headdress of nuns includes multiple elements: A coif secured by a headband, a wimple covering the cheeks and neck, a guimpe on the chest and a veil on top.
This tag may be used for any headwear that evokes the imagery of nuns, which is most commonly the veil with either the coif or the headband. Facsimiles of the headdress can be found on fantasy priestesses.
