An OS-tan character. There are various OS-tan versions of NT-tan, including Inu-t and Mama-t. Inu-t is a pun on NT, which sounds like Inu-t when pronounced in Japanese. Inu is Japanese for dog, so Inu-t is depicted as a dog.
