I just beat Megaman Battle Network 5. I haven't played BN4 but I heard it's the black sheep of the series so I lost interest of it.
Well, BN5 was a very good game. I'm having a lot of fun until that hidden microserver mission. I mean, I am very happy playing that game until finding that server annoyed me. Who would have thought that they would hid it there! I'm talking about the microserver hidden on the End City. I've got to the gargoylecomp and I thought the programmer whould not hid it in there instead they'll hid it on the usual computer terminal like the other servers. So I went searching everywhere. I've gone through Oran area and I'm surprised the Oran area's net was affected too. The Navis were on havoc yet Jasmine said nothing is unusual on the Oran area. I've searched the whole Oran Area Net thinking there's a microserver there but there's none. I even searched each computer terminals on End City and Oran but I can't find that server. I've searched the whole End area net too but I just can't find it. Until I decided to check that Gargoyle Comp. I'm very annoyed that time, I don't want to run on battles but It forced me to run everytime to speed up searching. And There!
There's that microserver! Why would the programmers hid that thing on that very end of that gargoylecomp! It's very frustrating!!! But enough rant, the games is awesome!
One thing I really appreciate on the game was the Liberation mission. It was very fun and fresh to the series. Considering you only have 3 turns to liberate panels is awesome. Heck, I'm surprised the bosses should be defeated in 3 turns per character. It's really great especially you could use some navis too. Oh and the Double soul is awesome. I mostly use Napalmsoul though, It's my favorite. I really like how well they presented the story especially the part about Gow the dog and the Vision burst. The game is pretty easy until the final boss!
I really have fun playing Battle Network 5 until that micoserver mission but it's one of my favorite Battle Network games. It was unexpectedly good.
