ChihayaA third-year student at Toritsu Hakuou Girls’ Academy.
Considered the “right arm” of Kochō and one of the three disciplinary princesses.
She has a calm and gentle personality, though she sometimes shows an oddly misplaced sense of caring toward defeated opponents.
She only became a shinobi by letting things take their natural course, and she doesn’t particularly think of shinobi as anything special.
Using ninja techniques, she freely manipulates candy that she has refined into an ultra-hardened form through secret methods, shaping it however she wishes and fighting with it.Toritsu Hakuou Girls’ AcademyProfile
