- Arabic Coffee -

A known brand of coffee that is not black in color, but in a golden color. It is lightly roasted and appended with a spice called cardamom, giving it a rich aroma with mild bitterness. To bring out most of the spice, not much milk is added to it. Compensating with it is a sweet taste using dates (sugar palm fruit) and other ingredients. As the name suggests, this coffee is popular in the Middle East and the Arabian Peninsula, and it's relatively rare to find in places around Japan. It's usually served to guests, where it is said to be a sign of hospitality.

- アラビックコーヒー - コーヒーと言う割には色が黒くなく、黄金色です。焙煎がかなり浅めで、 カルダモンというスパイスを加えてあり、香りが華やかで苦みが控えめ。 スパイスの香りを活かすため、あまりミルクは入れないです。 甘みはデーツ（ナツメヤツの実）などで補います。 名前の通り、中東・アラビア半島で親しまれているコーヒーであり、日本 では飲める場所が割とレアです。 来客に対して出すことが多く、おもてなしの象徴とも言われます。
