My comfort character, wanted to draw something while listening a lot of ambient music, hanz zimmer and other kind of depressing music to ease my pain and connect me to understand my emotions while trauma processing.
My BPD has been really active sense I’ve had a lot of going on.. so jumping back to comforting things, at least to those that still brings that feeling, helps.
