Geoglyph
Winner of the 2022 Satsuki Sho, a noteworthy race seeing Equinox and Do Deuce finishing 2nd and 3rd respectively, he floundered afterwards and unfortunately, never ended up winning any greater prizes, retiring at 6 years old in August 2025.Equinox
The two-time Horse of the Year. The Man of the Hour. The Big Cheese.
While he needs not much more introduction at this point, it should be noted that his classics appearances are the only times he ever lost (and even then, he finished second in those races).Do Deuce
The Gluttonous Supreme Commander of the new era, Special Week's spiritual successor, he is the winner of the 2022 Japanese Derby. The absence of Take Yutaka (who was recovering from injury at the time) proved to be detrimental for his rematches against Equinox but his time to truly shine was after Equinox's retirement. He was the first colt in the JRA's history to have G1 wins from age 2 to 5.Ask Victor More
Deep Impact's last progeny to win a classic race in Japan, he is the winner of the 2022 Kikuka Sho, he also beat Do Deuce in that year's Yayoi Sho. However, he went into a slump and unfortunately died from a heat stroke during the heat wave of the following summer.
I personally think they're the golden generation of the Reiwa era
