Sealdoka Ribbon This is exactly what I like Goma (Seal) + Madoka -> Gomadoka (Sealdoka)

Sealdoka Twintail (Right) It's fluffily fluffy.

Sealdoka Twintail (Left) It's actually the right from her point of view.

Sealdoka Tail She'll try her best to leave a splash when swimming

Sealdoka Eyebrow Eyebrow

Sealdoka Hand She'll flail her tiny flippers around to tell you her feelings

Sealdoka Voice She'll go "Wee-hee" and "Tee-hee" when happy. When she's sad, she'll go "Ukyuu" or some similar delicate cry instead. She can say the names of people she likes, 'though her pronunciation isn't perfect. The reason for her ability to speak is unknown. It's probably magic, though.
